Let's start with a " Word of the Week":  Strategy

1 a (1) : a careful plan or method : a clever stratagem b : the art of devising or employing plans or stratagems toward a goal
2: an adaptation or complex of adaptations of behavioror structure that serves or appears to serve an important function in achieving success

Strategy is one of the most important parts of your business. A plan of action is necessary for the establishment and growth of your business. What did you do today? What was good and what could be better? How do I reach more consumers?  Email? Phone? Fax? Talking? Should I throw a  Shake Party?  How should I build my distributorship?  These and more are all parts of your "strategy".

A great example of ESTABLISHING a starting strategy is the "First 40" in the Distributor Toolbox.  Check it out. 

Make a plan.  Lay the first brick on your path to success.

Many studies have found that variations in Alzheimer's rates across countries can be predicted by the quantity of fish in the diet. A study published in Neuroscience Research found that patients with mild dementia improved their short-term memory after taking omega-3s daily for 3 months.
Another recent study found that depressive feelings in suicidal patients diminished after taking 2.1 g of omega-3s daily for three months. A 3-ounce serving of wild salmon contains nearly 2 g of omega-3s.
